- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Present technology strategy recommendations to executive stakeholders and investors
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs for cutting-edge research
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption post-2025
- Build and mentor a team of futurist analysts and technology scouts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning with 3+ years in future technologies or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing disruptive technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in emerging tech trends (Web4.0, AGI, spatial computing, sustainable tech)
- Certified Futurist (CF) or similar designation preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
