Responsibilities
- Develop strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, decentralized systems)
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives targeting 2026 market needs
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Partner with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage innovation labs and mentor next-generation technologists
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and executive briefings
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging technology roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching successful tech innovation initiatives
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Experience with scenario planning and future trend analysis
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI) preferred
