Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for strategic implementation
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future tech solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Identify partnership opportunities with startups and research institutions
- Monitor global tech trends and competitive landscape shifts
- Drive innovation culture through workshops and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of launching technology-driven products or services
- Exceptional strategic thinking and scenario planning abilities
- Strong communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and budgets >$1M
