- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate future applications of AI, quantum computing, and biotech
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Establish governance frameworks for emerging technology adoption and risk mitigation
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory developments affecting future tech landscapes
- Drive innovation culture through mentorship and thought leadership initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and developing implementation strategies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence trends
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive-level communication abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
