Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market forecasts and emerging innovations
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating AI, blockchain, and IoT into scalable enterprise solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess strategic adoption opportunities
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investor stakeholders
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and prototype engineers
- Forge partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Quantify ROI on emerging tech investments through predictive modeling
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or enterprise innovation roles
- Proven track record translating emerging technologies into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech convergence, or sustainable tech
- Strong financial modeling skills for tech ROI forecasting
- Exceptional communication with ability to simplify complex concepts
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
