- Drive cross-functional initiatives with R&D, product, and venture capital partners
- Publish thought leadership in IEEE journals and industry summits
- Mentor a team of 15+ engineers and researchers in cutting-edge methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record deploying AI/ML systems at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in quantum computing architectures and post-quantum cryptography
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, or equivalent)
- Strong background in sustainable tech and circular economy principles
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D grants and partnerships
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Q#)
