Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech) and develop strategic roadmaps for 2026 product launches
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology investments with long-term business objectives
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and market research for emerging tech domains
- Develop KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of experimental thinking
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and investor boards
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products (3+ major initiatives)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, AR/VR, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in Innovation Management or Strategic Foresight preferred
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
