- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future technology adoption
- Conduct competitive analysis and technology benchmarking against global innovators
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives with data-driven impact assessments
- Manage R&D partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype next-gen solutions
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or emerging tech roles
- Proven expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong background in strategic planning and scenario modeling
- Experience managing high-stakes innovation projects with $1M+ budgets
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or industry whitepapers
