Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities
- Develop 2026+ innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate next-gen solutions
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate futuristic concepts
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite stakeholders
- Monitor global tech ecosystems for disruptive threats/opportunities
- Ensure compliance with evolving ethical and regulatory frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology or innovation roles
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends (2020-2025 experience)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Experience building business cases for futuristic technologies
- Strong data analysis and scenario modeling capabilities
- Exceptional communication for complex technical concepts
- MBA or relevant advanced degree required
