Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026+ digital transformation initiatives
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, generative AI, AR/VR) for strategic implementation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical capabilities with business objectives
- Conduct competitive analysis of future-facing technologies and market disruptors
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate next-generation solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build and lead a dedicated Future Technologies innovation lab
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption (AI, blockchain, quantum)
- Deep understanding of Web3, metaverse, and spatial computing ecosystems
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Exceptional analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Strong presentation skills with executive-level communication experience
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., AWS Quantum, Google AI) preferred
