Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.) to develop strategic implementation roadmaps for 2026
- Lead innovation workshops to identify disruptive opportunities and assess market readiness
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-facing solutions aligned with business objectives
- Develop competitive intelligence frameworks tracking global tech adoption patterns
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact projections
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions and innovation hubs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in tech strategy, innovation management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends and translating them to market opportunities
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., AI Strategy, Blockchain Essentials) preferred
