Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Technology Review
- Certification in Quantum Computing (IBM/Google) or AI Ethics (DeepMind)
- Experience with policy advisory for emerging tech regulations
