Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech integration)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage innovation pipeline from ideation to MVP launch
- Partner with venture capital and academic institutions to scout breakthrough technologies
- Establish KPIs for measuring technological ROI and adoption rates
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record in commercializing cutting-edge innovations
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in trend forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience scaling high-growth tech products
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CTO-level strategic planning, AI governance)
