Responsibilities
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps for 2026+ with focus on AI integration, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies through market research, patent analysis, and academic partnerships
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in our innovation labs
- Develop go-to-market strategies for breakthrough technologies with 18-36 month horizons
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure technology adoption ROI and competitive advantage
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem analysis and conference leadership
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two market-disrupting technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum computing principles, and sustainable tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning
- Certification in emerging technologies (e.g., Google AI, IBM Quantum)
- Demonstrated ability to secure $5M+ in technology innovation funding
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
