Responsibilities

- Develop 2026+ technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and societal impact
- Lead cross-functional workshops to ideate and validate future-proof solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical frameworks for emerging innovations
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D management, or futurist consulting
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR, etc.)
- Proven track record of translating futuristic concepts into scalable products
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Experience with scenario planning and strategic foresight methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Advanced degree in Technology, Engineering, or Business preferred
