- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortia
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders
- Manage an annual $5M innovation portfolio with measurable ROI tracking
- Champion ethical AI development frameworks and responsible innovation practices
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Proven track record of commercializing futuristic technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to Fortune 500 boards and regulatory bodies
- Portfolio of published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
