- Secure $5M+ in federal/state innovation grants for future-tech projects
- Partner with NASA, DARPA, and private aerospace ventures on 2026+ initiatives
- Design scalable frameworks for autonomous systems and human-AI symbiosis
- Present strategic blueprints to C-suite and government stakeholders
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or Futurology (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in emerging tech strategy with 3+ at director level
- Published research in AI ethics or quantum systems (IEEE/Nature)
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record securing government innovation grants ($2M+)
- Deep understanding of 2025-2030 tech convergence points
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum computing tools
