Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends and organizational goals
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for next-gen AI, IoT, and quantum computing applications
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with commercial potential
- Develop strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for executive stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure adoption and ROI of emerging technologies
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Technology
- Deep expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing, or neuromorphic computing
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through digital transformation
- Strong analytical skills with ability to model complex systems and forecast technology impacts
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology strategy or innovation management preferred
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism
