Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic technology roadmap for 2026-2030, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging tech opportunities and threats
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and tech giants
- Drive innovation workshops and hackathons to foster internal ideation
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts affecting future adoption
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business/Technology
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Certification in strategic planning or technology management (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (strongly preferred)
