Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ innovations
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, blockchain, biotech)
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-driven prioritization
- Forge partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Drive patent strategy for proprietary 2026 technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Expertise in at least two of: AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech
- Experience managing R&D budgets >$3M
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation
