Responsibilities
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization roadmaps
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Develop patentable innovations in AI ethics, biotech interfaces, and climate tech
- Manage cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Present strategic vision to investors and key stakeholders at global forums
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in tech strategy with 3+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching AI/quantum products with $10M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least one: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or climate tech
- Published research in Nature, Science, or equivalent tier-1 journals
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for tech ventures
- Strong background in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable design principles
