Responsibilities
- Lead research and development of emerging technologies targeting 2026 commercialization
- Analyze global tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for market leadership
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for technology integration across business units
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech innovation with corporate vision
- Build and manage a cross-functional team of researchers and innovation specialists
- Present compelling technology strategies to stakeholders and investors
- Ensure compliance with ethical AI and emerging tech governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of scaling emerging technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data
- Strong executive presence with experience influencing C-level decisions
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation or futurism
- Certification in strategic technology planning (e.g., CIO, CTO, or equivalent)
