- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-driven allocation
- Partner with MIT/Stanford on breakthrough technology incubation
- Drive patent portfolios for proprietary tech solutions
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic tech leadership (Fortune 500 or unicorn scale)
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Published research in IEEE/ACM journals (h-index >20)
- Deep expertise in quantum computing or neuromorphic systems
- Experience scaling tech teams from 50 to 500+ members
- Certified in AWS/Azure quantum services
- Fluency in Mandarin and/or Japanese markets
