Responsibilities
- Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 5-10 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation initiatives integrating new technologies into existing products and services
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Monitor global tech trends, patent landscapes, and competitive technology investments
- Build strategic partnerships with leading tech startups, research institutions, and innovation labs
- Drive organizational adoption of future-ready technologies through change management programs
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy, corporate innovation, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills with ability to synthesize complex information
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience developing multi-year technology roadmaps with measurable ROI frameworks
- Certification in technology management or innovation strategy (e.g., CTO, CDIO) preferred
