Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or innovation management
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives to enterprise level
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Published research or patents in future-facing technologies
