Responsibilities
- Architect long-term technology roadmaps aligning with 2026+ market trends and regulatory landscapes
- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in AI ethics, quantum algorithms, and decarbonization tech
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent strategy for emerging technologies
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Mentor junior researchers and foster innovation through hackathons and incubation programs
- Develop KPI frameworks measuring technology adoption ROI and societal impact
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic tech planning with proven impact on product roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech
- Experience with regulatory frameworks (GDPR, FCC, EPA) for novel technologies
- Exceptional data storytelling skills with proficiency in Tableau/Power BI
- Published research or patents in high-impact journals/conferences
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management
