Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 3-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, biotech interfaces, decentralized systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning for disruptive technologies and assess commercial viability
- Establish ethical frameworks for AI/automation deployment and governance protocols
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record in launching at least two enterprise-scale future-tech initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Deep knowledge of quantum computing, neuromorphic systems, or synthetic biology
- Certification in technology strategy (e.g., CTS, TOGAF) or advanced degree in relevant field
- Experience building innovation pipelines from ideation to commercialization
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
