Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps for 2026+ initiatives, including AI integration, quantum computing adoption, and sustainable tech solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on emerging technologies (biotech, nanotech, Web4.0) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-facing concepts through agile methodologies
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators to accelerate innovation
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure ROI on future technology investments
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, product innovation, or emerging tech research
- Proven track record of launching at least two major tech initiatives with measurable market impact
- Expertise in AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF)
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, design, and business units
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Management
