Responsibilities
- Research and assess emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) with 3-5 year market impact potential
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 business objectives and industry disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic technology recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and research labs for cutting-edge technology scouting
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory trends affecting technology adoption and strategy
- Build and lead a high-performing innovation team focused on next-generation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of successfully integrating emerging technologies into enterprise environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in foresight methodologies, trend analysis, and scenario planning
- Deep understanding of at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, AR/VR, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience with innovation frameworks (e.g., Stage-Gate, Lean Startup) and agile methodologies
