Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (2025-2027 horizon) to identify strategic opportunities and risks
- Develop future-proof technology roadmaps for enterprise clients in healthcare, climate tech, and AI sectors
- Lead cross-disciplinary innovation sprints with engineers, designers, and domain experts
- Create predictive models for technology adoption and market disruption scenarios
- Present strategic frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Build and manage a portfolio of prototype technologies with commercialization potential
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with tech focus
- Proven track record in developing technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or climate tech
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry publications
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and Austin tech ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
