Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 3-year technology roadmaps for enterprise clients
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies (quantum, biotech, neural interfaces)
- Design scalable frameworks for AI governance and ethical implementation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and industry stakeholders
- Manage innovation sprints with $2M+ annual R&D budgets
- Develop predictive models for technological adoption curves
- Author white papers on future-proofing digital infrastructure
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 companies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Proven track record of launching future-focused initiatives
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or major conferences
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in scenario planning tools
- Experience managing distributed innovation teams across 5+ countries
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
