Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech, etc.)
- Develop and execute technology adoption roadmaps aligned with 2026 strategic goals
- Lead innovation workshops and hackathons to prototype future solutions
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and innovation maturity
- Build and maintain partnerships with startups, research institutions, and tech vendors
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Manage innovation portfolio including pilot programs and proof-of-concepts
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging technology adoption and commercialization
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, advanced robotics, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic insights
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Administration
- Certification in innovation management or technology foresight preferred
