Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze emerging technology trends (2026+ horizon) through market research and industry foresight
- Develop strategic roadmaps for integrating quantum computing, AI, and biotech into enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups for collaborative R&D
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of innovation across the organization
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership within fast-paced tech environments
- Proven track record of launching products leveraging emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum, etc.)
- Deep expertise in technology forecasting and scenario planning methodologies
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical and market data
- Experience with agile development and rapid prototyping in enterprise settings
- Strong presentation skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFQI) preferred
