Responsibilities

- Develop and execute 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and competitive positioning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate futuristic solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and boards with compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry pioneers to access cutting-edge innovations
- Monitor global tech policies and regulatory shifts to ensure proactive compliance and opportunity capture
- Mentor technical teams in future-proofing architectures and adopting next-gen development methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on futurism
- Proven experience scaling disruptive technologies from concept to commercialization
- Expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (e.g., generative AI, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex technical data into strategic insights
- Executive-level presentation skills with track record of influencing high-stakes decisions
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight preferred
