Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological trends for 2026-2030 horizon, focusing on quantum computing, AGI, and synthetic biology
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating emerging technologies into enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present disruptive concepts to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Conduct competitive intelligence analysis and patent landscape reviews
- Manage $2M+ innovation budget for prototype development and pilot programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products with >$100M revenue impact
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex technical concepts
