- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-use applications
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Present technology impact analyses to executive stakeholders and investment committees
- Design frameworks for ethical implementation of disruptive technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts affecting tech innovation landscapes
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation management
- Proven track record in emerging tech evaluation (AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Certification in Future Studies or Technology Foresight preferred
