Responsibilities

- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify commercialization opportunities
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, government agencies, and industry consortiums
- Present technology vision and progress to C-suite executives and investors
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation across multiple R&D streams
- Drive ethical frameworks for responsible AI and autonomous systems development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years experience in technology strategy, R&D management, or venture innovation
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies
- Deep expertise in AI/ML frameworks, quantum algorithms, or blockchain architectures
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex technological ecosystems
- Experience securing $1M+ in research grants or corporate innovation funding
