Responsibilities
- Develop and execute technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market trends and competitive landscapes
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating disruptive technologies (quantum, AI, AR/VR)
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research to identify strategic investment opportunities
- Partner with product teams to integrate next-gen capabilities into core offerings
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders on tech disruption risks and opportunities
- Drive innovation culture through hackathons and internal R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record in launching at least 2 breakthrough tech products/services
- Expertise in quantum computing, neural interfaces, or decentralized systems
- MBA or advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Published thought leadership in tech journals or industry forums
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling teams for rapid prototyping in agile environments
