Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record scaling tech products to $100M+ ARR
- Expertise in emerging tech forecasting methodologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Strong patents or publications in future-tech domains
- Experience with agile innovation frameworks (Scrum, Lean Startup)
- Deep understanding of ethical tech governance and ESG principles
