- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing pilot projects for breakthrough tech

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, product innovation, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling tech initiatives from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Experience with scenario planning and futures forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
