Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies including generative AI, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions with real-world applications
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify disruptive opportunities
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technological initiatives with business objectives
- Drive innovation through hackathons, R&D partnerships, and industry thought leadership

- Mentor emerging talent and build the next generation of technology strategists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with proven experience in emerging tech adoption
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, blockchain, or biotech
- Track record of launching successful tech products with $50M+ impact
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex concepts into actionable strategies
- Strong network within Silicon Valley tech ecosystem and venture capital community
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (patents, papers, or keynotes)
