Responsibilities
- Architect 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro-interfaces) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Develop patentable frameworks for next-gen automation and human-machine interaction
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and external stakeholders
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and their impact on product development
- Mentor junior futurists and build an internal innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching disruptive products (VC-backed preferred)
- Expertise in at least three future-tech domains: quantum, biotech, or decentralized systems
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Deep familiarity with US tech policy frameworks and global regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience building high-performing innovation teams
