Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year technology roadmaps integrating AI, IoT, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions for Fortune 500 partners
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with disruptive potential
- Architect scalable systems for quantum-safe communications and autonomous operations
- Drive ESG-compliant innovation frameworks for circular economy implementation
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite and board members on tech adoption pathways
- Mentor junior innovators in emerging tech methodologies and ethical frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics (PhD preferred)
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- Certification in emerging tech domains (e.g., Quantum Computing, Blockchain Architecture)
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or Nature journals on future trends
- Experience with regulatory frameworks for autonomous systems and biotech
- Portfolio demonstrating at least three commercialized future-tech innovations
