Responsibilities

- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and startups in emerging tech ecosystems
- Create predictive models for technology adoption impacts across industries and regulatory landscapes
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Oversee R&D investments in frontier technologies with 5-10 year horizon planning
- Develop ethical frameworks for responsible innovation in autonomous systems and neural interfaces
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, or biotech)
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with focus on future technologies
- Expertise in technology forecasting methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for emerging technologies across global markets
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (preferred)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
