- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap with measurable KPIs
- Lead horizon scanning for breakthrough technologies in AI, quantum, biotech, and Web3
- Develop competitive advantage frameworks through emerging tech integration
- Partner with C-suite to align tech strategy with 5-year business objectives
- Build and mentor an elite innovation taskforce of domain experts
- Drive patent development and IP strategy for future-facing solutions
- Present technology forecasts to executive board and investor stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with Fortune 500 or unicorn startups
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products post-2020
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AGI, neurotech)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or equivalent strategic planning
- Exceptional data storytelling with visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Published thought leadership in IEEE or MIT Tech Review
- Experience scaling R&D budgets >$50M across global teams
