Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology adoption roadmaps for quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Analyze emerging tech patents and academic research for strategic IP opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and investor stakeholders
- Establish ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and neural interfaces
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies on future technology policy development
- Manage $2M+ annual R&D budget for experimental projects
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, or related field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology
- Published research in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, etc.)
- Experience with technology forecasting methodologies (Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Certification in AI Ethics or Responsible Innovation frameworks
- Portfolio of deployed systems impacting 1M+ users
