Responsibilities
- Architect 2026-ready tech roadmaps integrating AI, quantum, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams to prototype and deploy breakthrough solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 5-7 year adoption cycles
- Develop ethical frameworks for next-gen autonomous systems
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships for tech incubation
- Present strategic visions to C-suite and board of directors
- Mentor emerging tech specialists in our innovation academy
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering
- Published research in Nature/Science on disruptive tech applications
- Proven track record scaling tech ventures from concept to $100M+ valuation
- Expertise in regulatory landscapes for AI/quantum/biotech convergence
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic R&D initiatives
