Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive technology strategy for 2026, focusing on AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Analyze emerging tech trends and market disruption vectors to identify high-impact opportunities
- Lead cross-functional initiatives integrating cutting-edge solutions into existing product ecosystems
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk mitigation frameworks
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Mentor innovation teams on emerging technology adoption and implementation
- Drive R&D prioritization based on future market simulations and scenario planning
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in emerging tech domains
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, AR/VR, or synthetic biology
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with technology focus
- Experience in high-growth tech environments with $100M+ scale
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
