Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 technology roadmap integrating AI, blockchain, and quantum computing breakthroughs
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct horizon-scanning analyses of emerging technologies with 5+ year adoption forecasts
- Develop patent-pending frameworks for sustainable tech implementation
- Present strategic technology blueprints to executive stakeholders and investor boards
- Mentor a team of 3 innovation specialists in future-tech methodologies
- Establish partnerships with academic labs and global tech incubators
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in technology strategy with 3+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products using future-tech methodologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or climate-tech
- Exceptional strategic planning with data-driven decision-making skills
- Published thought leadership in technology innovation (IEEE, Nature, or equivalent)
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation funding or grants
