Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D, or emerging tech consulting
- Published research in AI, quantum, or sustainability tech
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Deep understanding of global tech policy frameworks
- Track record of launching tech initiatives with >$100M impact
- MBA or PhD in relevant field preferred
